A fusion class of hatha and yin yoga via Zoom. THURSDAY 6:30-7:30pm
A 60 minute 'fusion' yoga class of Hatha and Yin yoga in the comfort of your own home via a Zoom link. Spend the first half of the class awakening the body; building heat & strength, improving flexibility. The second half of the class focuses on the slower, cooler practise of Yin yoga. Positions are held for 3-5 minutes using the breath to focus the mind, enabling the tendons and ligaments to safely stretch using the props available. The body cools down before ending in savasana, fully releasing the energy of the practise. Allowing the body and mind to rest and relax. 🙏
