IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Yoga is performed at your own risk. Options are offered throughout the classes and it is your responsibility to take the options appropriate to you. You must stop if you experience any pain or dizziness. Please advise Lynne of any concerns or injuries prior to any class. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Prepayment is required for all classes via bank transfer. A full refund is given if the booking is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice of the class start time. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance of all classes. 🙏
