Description

A 60 minute 'fusion' yoga class of yin and hatha yoga. Spend the first section of the class preparing the body with deep stretches before moving onto the second section of the class where we build strength and improve our flexibility. The body cools down before ending in savasana, fully releasing the energy of the practise. Allowing the body and mind to rest and relax. 🙏
