A 60 minute 'fusion' yoga class of yin and hatha yoga. Spend the first section of the class preparing the body with deep stretches, improving our flexibility before moving onto the second section of the class where we focus on building strength. The body cools down before ending in savasana, fully releasing the energy of the practise. Allowing the body and mind to rest and relax. 🙏
