Relax in this 60 minute online yoga class based on balancing the seven major chakras. Each week we focus on a different chakra beginning with focusing on the breath before moving into our first pose. Each pose is then held for 3-5 minutes enabling the body to soften and stretch, balancing the different energies within the body. The last 15-20 minutes of the class is spent lying in a warm, comfortable position practising either yoga nidra (deep yogic sleep) or a visualisation exercise before externalising our awareness and gently reawakening the body. 🙏
